Yes, all three are integrable with each other, and it's actually the ideal setup: data is entered once —on the machine— and flows up on its own, with no copying by hand or reconciling versions. The most powerful combination is usually Company Brain with SCADA, since it brings real-time plant data straight into reporting and management, but since all three are proprietary, natively-built systems, any combination of them works without gateways or cross-vendor licensing.
